About the Role We are seeking an experienced decorative painter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a skilled, detail-oriented artist with a strong understanding of decorative painting techniques and the ability to translate a concept or creative vision into a beautifully executed finish. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, works efficiently and independently, follows direction, and collaborates well with a team. Experience with murals is a plus. Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality decorative painting and finishing techniques, including wood graining, decorative plaster, and gilding.
• Prepare surfaces, materials, and tools for professional-quality results.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail, craftsmanship, and consistency.
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Follow instructions and adapt to the needs of different projects and environments.
• Travel to residential and commercial job sites throughout the DMV area, with occasional travel outside the region. Qualifications
• Professional experience in decorative painting is required.
• Knowledge of decorative finishes, painting techniques, and appropriate tools and materials.
• Strong artistic ability, visual awareness, and attention to detail.
• Ability to execute a concept or idea into a finished image or decorative application.
• Reliable, organized, motivated, and committed to high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and contribute positively to a team.
• Must have reliable personal transportation and be willing to travel to job sites throughout the DMV and occasionally beyond.
