What You'll Do:
Prep and apply paints/coatings to interior & exterior surfaces Use ladders, scaffolding, staging, and lifts at various heights Follow OSHA & company safety standards Work as part of a team and coordinate with other trades Preferred OSHA 10 certification Ability to navigate a Grab & Go and complete JHAs Required Comfortable with heights and lifting up to 75 lbs Able to work in varying weather conditions Reliable, team-focused, and safety-minded
