Residential Painter

Job Description:

Innovation Painting & Remodeling is currently hiring a Residential Painter to join our expanding team within Midcoast Maine. We are building a company culture centered around professionalism, reliability, and strong work ethic. Painting experience is valuable, but for us, attitude is of the utmost importance. We can teach and develop painting skills, however, a specific mindset and attention to detail is what we are particularly looking for. What You'll Be Doing:

Exterior and interior residential painting Prep work including sanding, patching, caulking, masking, and priming Maintaining clean, organized jobsites Working in clients' homes with care and professionalism Following company standards for quality and customer experience Growing in skill and responsibility over time With our work being completed on clients homes, professionalism, respect, cleanliness, and presentation are essential on how we've been able to create the brand we have. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a company that values quality, takes the customer experience seriously, and holds themselves to a high standard. With the height of the summer months upon us, our goal is a commitment of 40-50hours a week.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation Valid driver's license required Ability to work full-time Ability to perform physical work on ladders and on your feet throughout the day Minimum 2 years of professional Painting experience (Please feel free to apply to our Painter's Apprentice job listing if you have less than 2 years of professional painting experience)
