6am-4pm Monday - Thursday Primary duties and responsibilities: Assists Line Technician with all Paint requests making sure each task is completed as required. Assist each Paint Station in setup for job. Oversees coating booth and gun setup per job requirements. Assures all job-related materials are on-line and ready to be used (masks, plugs, powder, air chucks, etc.) Visually inspects product for defect before leaving paint line. Makes sure area is cleaned at the end of each shift. Verifies paint usage at end of each job. Does Preventive Maintenance when required. Keeps work area clean and free of debris. May be required to stand entire shift to perform job. Other duties as assigned. Education, prior work experience and specialized skills and knowledge : Ability to understand and follow instructions in English. Communication skills. Manual dexterity. Undeterred from working with dirty equipment. Must be able to enter data and/or required information into computer system. Excellent attendance, attitude, and communication skills are critical. Coatings experience is preferred. Management/Supervision experience is preferred.

Physical environment/working conditions:

The position is in the factory and could involve sitting, standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day.
