In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance aesthetics, and ensure quality workmanship on every project. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a skilled team dedicated to excellence in craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and repairing imperfections using hand tools such as scrapers, sanders, and putty knives. Select appropriate paints, stains, primers, and finishes based on project specifications and color theory principles. Apply paints and coatings using brushes, rollers, airless paint sprayers, or other power tools to achieve smooth, even coverage. Perform surface preparation tasks including caulking gaps, sealing joints, plastering walls, and applying stucco finishes as needed. Execute renovation projects involving drywall installation, trim carpentry, fixture installation, and restoration work to enhance existing structures. Work on construction sites ensuring safety protocols are followed while maintaining high-quality standards throughout the job. Conduct maintenance tasks such as touch-ups or re-coating surfaces Operate various hand tools and power tools including drills, saws, and scaffolding equipment. Proven experience in residential painting along with commercial or industrial painting projects is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools Ability to perform surface repairs including plastering, caulking, stucco application, and fixture installation. Basic math skills for measuring surfaces accurately and calculating material quantities. Construction site experience demonstrating adherence to safety standards and efficient workflow management. Excellent attention to detail coupled with strong physical stamina for working on ladders or scaffolding over extended periods.
