What We're Looking For Trustworthy, reliable work ethic Willingness to learn and grow within the company Good attitude and team-oriented mindset What You'll Be Doing Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, removing wallpaper or old paint, covering/protecting furniture, taping off trim, etc.) Fill holes, cracks, and joints using putty or plaster Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Perform minor maintenance as needed Work independently on small jobs with minimal supervision Ensure projects are completed efficiently, cleanly, and to the highest standard Apply appropriate finishes with skill and care Clean up thoroughly—workspaces, tools, and materials—at the end of each project We're not just building walls—we're building a culture, a team, and a future .
