We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals who take pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and jobsite safety. Projects include office buildings, libraries, retail centers, industrial facilities, and public spaces. Opportunities are available for both individual painters and established crews. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by sanding, scraping, patching, caulking, cleaning, and priming Apply paints and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Perform commercial interior and exterior painting Operate ladders, scaffolding, and lifts safely Maintain clean and organized work areas Read blueprints and follow project specifications when required Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Follow OSHA and jobsite safety standards at all times Work professionally with supervisors, contractors, and other trades Qualifications Commercial painting experience preferred Residential painters with strong professional experience are encouraged to apply Experience with rolling, brush work, spraying, and surface preparation Reliable transportation required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to safely work on ladders and scaffolding Strong attention to detail and professionalism Must be dependable and able to arrive on time consistently Lead painters and established crews are encouraged to apply Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Full-time and contract opportunities available Tools and equipment provided when applicable Opportunities for advancement Consistent commercial project opportunities About Israel Renovations LLC Israel Renovations LLC is a licensed and insured contractor serving Metro Detroit with commercial painting and renovation services.
