Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, sprayers (including airless paint spraying), and power tools Perform surface repairs including plastering, stucco application, masonry work, and drywall restoration to ensure smooth finishes Use construction estimating skills to assess material needs and plan work efficiently on construction sites Maintain safety standards by adhering to protocols during the job Requirements Proven experience in residential and commercial painting Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and basic math for accurate measurements and calculations Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and industrial equipment such as airless sprayers Knowledge of color theory to achieve desired aesthetic effects and precise color matching Skills in plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry work, and fixture installation are highly desirable Ability to work effectively on construction sites with experience in renovation or restoration projects Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and safety procedures on job sites Additional skills such as welding or handyman experience are a plus but not required Join our team if you're passionate about transforming spaces through expert craftsmanship!
