Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Painter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will bring spaces to life through expert painting techniques, ensuring high-quality finishes on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will help transform environments, enhance aesthetics, and uphold safety standards across diverse job sites. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Execute residential, commercial, and industrial painting projects using hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, and other equipment Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine project scope and specifications Apply various coatings including stucco, masonry finishes, and specialized industrial paints with precision and consistency Maintain safety protocols on construction sites while handling scaffolding, welding equipment, and other hazardous materials Qualifications Proven experience in construction painting with a strong background in residential and commercial projects Knowledge of color theory for effective color matching and aesthetic coordination Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and airless spray equipment Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and basic math for measurements and calculations Experience with plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry work, and concrete finishing is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently on construction sites while adhering to safety standards and deadlines Handyman experience or background in renovation projects is a plus Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients Join us if you're eager to apply your craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment where your skills make a real difference!
