Based on experience and skill level Job Description Saints Quality Painting is a locally owned residential painting company specializing in interior painting, remodels, and new construction. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team. Previous painting experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person who has a good work ethic, pays attention to detail, and is eager to learn. We take pride in quality workmanship, efficiency, and maintaining clean, professional job sites. Responsibilities Preparing surfaces through sanding, patching, caulking, and priming Painting walls, ceilings, trim, and doors Brush, roller, and spray application Protecting floors, furniture, and surrounding surfaces Keeping job sites clean and organized Working independently or alongside other painters Completing tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Painting experience preferred, but not required Willingness to learn and take direction Strong work ethic and attention to detail Dependable transportation and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional attitude and respect for customers' homes Comfortable with physical work, ladders, and being on your feet throughout the day What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience On-the-job training for motivated beginners Opportunities to develop professional painting skills Variety of residential projects Small-team work environment Opportunity for advancement and increased responsibility How to Apply Please include a brief description of your work experience, any painting or construction background, and your availability.
