In this role, you'll prepare surfaces, apply paint and finishes, and make sure every job is completed with high quality and attention to detail. This is a paid position with opportunities to learn new skills and grow. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming. Paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Repair minor drywall, plaster, and trim damage. Read blueprints or project plans when needed. Estimate materials and help keep projects on schedule.
