00 / hour Reporting To Steve Ellison Key Responsibilities Apply paint, primers, sealers, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers. Mix, match, and blend paints to achieve desired color and finish. Inspect painted surfaces for flaws or runs and make corrections as needed. Manages schedules and priorities to ensure work is performed timely. Prepares surfaces for painting or wall covering, including filling nail holes and repairing damaged areas and priming. Performs duties with the highest concern for working in and around resident's homes (i.e. noise, cleanliness). Performs maintenance and grounds repairs as directed Estimates the amount of paint and number of labor hours to complete project. Tracks hours and materials used and fills out bill form for each project. If selected for the position you will receive a full job description. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 2 years of experience performing professional painting tasks, required. Must be 18 years of age or older. Apprenticeship and/or formal training in painting. Must possess a valid unrestricted state of Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation.
