Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Painters to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and be capable of working on diverse projects, including apartment complexes, residential renovations, industrial facilities, and commercial buildings. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client specifications. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed. Apply paint using brushes and 9 inch and 18 inch rollers. Qualifications Maintain a clean work environment by properly cleaning, storing tools and disposing of waste material. Proven experience painting Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for long periods, lifting materials, and working at heights when necessary.
