Job Description

REI Painting & Building INC, is a small company with large projects. Located in Kawkawlin MI, REI has been providing quality painting and construction for residential and commercial customers with exceptional customer service for over 30 years! We are seeking an inspired crew leader who takes pride in their work and thrives in a team-oriented environment. As a motivated team leader, you'll contribute and manage high-quality painting projects while helping us maintain and grow our reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various painting techniques and a keen eye for detail. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes in both residential and commercial settings.
Hours:
M-F with an occasional
Saturday Pay:
$18.00 - $35.00/Hourly (Based on experience) The ideal candidate will have: 5-10 years of experience in the paining industry required. Proven experience as a Painter with a portfolio of completed projects preferred. Strong understanding of basic math skills for measuring and calculating paint quantities. Ability to work collaboratively with construction teams, including carpenters and other tradespeople. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
