You must have proven commercial and residential painting experience. To succeed in this role, you need to be dependable, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and possess meticulous attention to detail. (Multi-family, New Construction, and Commercial Projects)

Painter Primary Responsibilities:

Prepping surfaces prior to layering paint

• cleaning, trimming, taping Inspect and repair damaged surfaces
• fill and patch holes, cracks and imperfections Cleaning and clearing of debris Protecting surfaces
• taping, drip cloths Use of rollers, brushes and sprayers Other duties as assigned

Painter Requirements:

Ability to physically stand, bend, squat and lift 50+ lbs. Positive attitude and work ethic Able to work independently or as an active member of the team Must be 18 years of age Must be comfortable climbing ladders and working at elevated levels Most of the projects that are performed by NHI Commercial are directly related to multi-family housing. This means that in many cases, projects are performed within occupied units and communities, and it is the expectation of NHI Commercial that all employees act with a high level of professionalism.

Pay range:

$18

• $35 per hour based on experience Consistent base rate.

Many jobs are based on government contracts and fall under prevailing wage. If prevailing wage is higher, the employee will get the higher of the two.
