Job description Seeking an experienced painter for commercial and industrial projects, including new construction, renovations, interior, and exterior projects.

Year-round, Full time, 40 hours a week Monday-Friday Overtime on occasion Weekend work on occasion Essential Qualifications Drivers License and Reliable Transportation Work Authorization Minimum 5 Years of professional commercial painting experience Demonstratable ability to run jobs and direct crew Desired Characteristics Integrity and work ethic Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively within a team Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Commitment to a well-run and safe job site Key Responsibilities and Required Expertise Skilled in all aspects of surface preparation Skilled in masking and protecting non-painted surfaces Skilled of various primers, paints, and coatings, including their application and performance Mastery of brush, roller, and airless spray application techniques Working Environment Diverse commercial project settings, including interiors, exteriors, construction sites, and occupied spaces Comfort working at heights, including ladder and lift operation Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed The majority of our work is located in Muskegon but we also have Jobs in the West Michigan area, including Grand Rapids, Holland, Ludington, etc.
