Location:

Metro Detroit. Our core operations take place in the Royal Oak and Northville areas, with the potential of working as far west as Ann Arbor and as far east as Gross Pointe.

Pay:

$25-$28/hour (Start at $25, reviewed after 4-6 weeks). Future potential crew leader position currently pays between $30-33/hour. We're a growing residential painting company looking for a high-level painter — someone who doesn't just "get the job done," but takes ownership, works with urgency, and elevates the entire crew. This role is for a top performer and team player who can operate at a high level alongside a Crew Lead — not beneath them — so leadership can focus on managing projects instead of babysitting production.
