In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, stain, and coatings to a variety of surfaces. Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance their appearance, and ensure quality finishes that meet project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from new constructions to restoration and remodeling efforts, utilizing your technical skills and attention to detail. No experience needed, we will provide training! Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Use hand tools and power tools such as brushes, rollers, airless spray guns, and scaffolding to apply paints, stains, varnishes, and protective coatings. Execute residential painting projects including interior walls, ceilings, trim carpentry, and fixture installation with precision. Perform commercial and industrial painting tasks on large-scale structures using specialized techniques like airless paint spraying. Conduct restoration work on damaged surfaces by applying techniques such as stucco application or masonry repairs. Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols on construction sites and handling hazardous materials responsibly.
