Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Painter and bring vibrant visions to life across a variety of projects! In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to surfaces in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Your expertise will help transform spaces through precise craftsmanship and attention to detail. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, and sprayers including airless paint spraying equipment. Read blueprints and schematics to accurately determine surface areas and project specifications. Use power tools and hand tools effectively for surface preparation, caulking, plastering, and trim carpentry tasks. Perform construction painting on various structures including walls, ceilings, doors, windows, stucco exteriors, and masonry surfaces. Conduct renovation and restoration work by repairing damaged surfaces with plastering or masonry techniques. Install fixtures and perform maintenance tasks related to painting projects while adhering to safety standards on construction sites. Skills Proficiency in construction estimating and basic math for project measurements and material calculations. Experience in residential painting, commercial painting, industrial painting, or construction site environments. Skilled in using hand tools such as caulking guns, putty knives, scrapers, brushes, rollers, and power tools including drills and sanders. Ability to work with others with efficiency. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction painting environments and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Pay:
$17.00 - $21.00 per hour
