Painter

Painter We are seeking a reliable Painter to support daily operations at our precast concrete manufacturing plant. This role involves hands-on work assisting with production, material handling, equipment cleanup, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with concrete production, forming, stripping, and finishing operations Use an airless sprayer to paint panels - all indoor Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and finished products Clean work areas, forms, and equipment Follow safety procedures and plant policies at all times Support skilled trades and production staff as needed

Qualifications:

Ability to perform physically demanding work in an industrial environment Willingness to learn and take direction Dependable with strong attention to safety Prior construction, painter or concrete experience a plus, but not required

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
