What You'll Do Lead a crew of 2-3 painters on residential painting projects Paint alongside your crew while maintaining productivity and quality standards Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project Manage daily job site operations and ensure projects stay on schedule Coordinate materials, paint, and equipment needed for each job Follow company systems and painting processes to ensure consistent, high-quality results Conduct job site walkthroughs and address client questions or concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform final inspections, touch-ups, and ensure complete customer satisfaction What We're Looking For 3+ years of residential painting experience preferred Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Strong knowledge of painting techniques, preparation, products, and finishes Experience with brush, roller, and spray application Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred Why Work With Us? $24
