No prior painting experience is required — we're looking for someone who's willing to learn, work hard, and grow with us. This position starts at $17/hour . After a 90-day probationary period , team members who show up consistently, work hard, and are actively learning our process will be eligible for an increase to $18/hour . We believe in rewarding growth. As you build your skills and consistently represent our company values on job sites, you'll have regular opportunities for additional raises .
