Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, stain, and coatings to a variety of surfaces in residential and commercial settings both interior and exterior. Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance their durability, and ensure a high-quality finish that meets client specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from remodeling homes to commercial facilities, utilizing your skills in surface preparation, color application, and finishing techniques. This is a 1099 position Four day weeks Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding and scraping to ensure optimal adhesion. Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, spray guns—including airless paint spraying—and hand tools with precision and efficiency. Perform specialized tasks such as caulking, stucco application and restoration projects as required. Conduct surface preparation for various materials to achieve smooth finishes. Experience Proven experience in residential painting Skilled in using hand tools—including brushes, rollers, scrapers—and power tools such as airless sprayers and drills.
