Duties Prepare surfaces meticulously by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and specialty coatings using hand tools and power tools such as brushes, rollers, airless sprayers, and spray guns Read blueprints and schematics to accurately determine paint requirements and project specifications for both residential and commercial sites Execute construction painting tasks including plastering, stucco application, masonry finishes, and industrial coatings to meet project standards Maintain safety protocols on sites Attend Trainings free of charge to you!

• Work with Friends, if you and your friend both get hired you can work on the same crew!
