Powerflo Hvac and Cooling Powerflo Hvac and Cooling is dedicated to their productive contractors and employees We offer a 50 to 60 hour workweek. We are seeking help from several positions our candidates will possess an energetic and detail-oriented workers with multiple years of experience at one our more of these trades. The positions we are trying to fill are Painters , Electrician, Plumber, Hvac people to join our dynamic team. In the role painter , you will be responsible for applying paint, drywall work, renovation projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces with precision and quality, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded every time. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity for advancement. As an electrician, you must be productive and competent in your position. As plumbers , you must be productive and competent in your position. As a hvac, you must be productive and competent in your position. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, and repairing as needed to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools. Read blueprints and schematics to determine project scope and specifications accurately. Execute various types of painting projects including residential painting, commercial painting, industrial painting, and restoration work. Perform surface preparation tasks like caulking, trimming, stucco application, masonry work, and fixture installation to ensure a flawless finish. Use construction estimating skills to assess project requirements and materials needed for each job. Maintain safety standards on construction sites by using appropriate equipment such as scaffolding and welding tools when necessary. Proven experience in construction painting with a strong background in residential and commercial projects. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and basic math for accurate measurements. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding setup, plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry work, concrete finishing, framing carpentry, renovation projects, and fixture installation. Knowledge of construction site safety protocols along with experience working on renovation or restoration projects is preferred. Additional handyman experience or skills in welding and industrial painting will be considered advantageous. Join us if you're passionate about transforming spaces with expert craftsmanship!
