Part-Time Job Overview:

Professional Services LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Painter to assist with painting projects across the condominium properties we manage. This position involves both interior and exterior painting, helping maintain and improve the appearance of our residential communities.

Responsibilities:

Perform interior and exterior painting on condominium units and common areas Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, and priming Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, tape, and masking Match paint colors and apply finishes evenly and cleanly Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Follow safety guidelines for ladders, scaffolding, and outdoor work Communicate effectively with property management regarding project timelines and needs

Qualifications:

Previous painting experience preferred (residential or commercial) Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation Ability to lift 30+ pounds and climb ladders as needed
