Description Painter - Forest Woods Apartments (Valley Park, MO) 📍 101 Forest Parkway Valley Park, MO 63088 🕗 Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm Monarch is hiring a Painter to join our team at Forest Woods Apartments in Valley Park, MO ! Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:
Paint/stain interiors, exteriors, and vacant apartments Assist with light maintenance & make-readies Support the Maintenance Manager with small repairs
Requirements:
