Painter Type:

Full-Time or Part-Time (

Regular Working Hours:

7am-3:30pm Weekdays)

Pay Range:

$20.00 and up / Hour (Dependent on experience)

Job Description:

The primary responsibilities of this role are to paint new construction homes, repaint residential spaces, carry out touch-ups and warranty calls, and occasionally paint commercial spaces. Tasks within these, as well as additional responsibilities, include:

• Cutting in/brushwork
• Rolling
• Prepping walls (Sanding, spackle, etc.)
• Prepping newly installed trim-work (putty, caulk, sanding, and repair work where necessary)
• Masking, building spray booths
• Spraying finishes (primarily on trim work but may also help spray walls/ceilings)
• Maintaining company spray pumps
• Staining and clear coating (lacquer, polyurethane, etc.)
• Utilize various ladders and scaffolds
• Painting exteriors (Primarily trim and doors by hand, but also occasionally larger exteriors that may require spraying)
• Floor coatings
• Depending on experience, may also carry out cabinet projects The individual applying to this role will be expected to contribute to our company culture of teamwork , proficiency , and positivity , and comply with all D&D Policies and Procedures in the employee handbook.
