Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Painter to join our vibrant team, dedicated to transforming spaces with precision and artistry. As a key contributor in both residential and commercial projects, you will bring surfaces to life through expert painting techniques, ensuring quality finishes that exceed client expectations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse renovation, restoration, and new construction sites, utilizing your craftsmanship and attention to detail to make a lasting impact. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools for efficient coverage. Perform specialized painting tasks including residential, commercial,industrial painting, stucco application, and caulking. Qualifications Proven experience in residential and commercial painting projects with a strong portfolio of completed work. Skilled in the use of spray guns, and airless sprayers. Familiarity with construction site protocols including renovation processes and restoration techniques. Experience with commercial, residential, industrial paint and/or stucco is a plus.
