Role:
Clean Cut Painters is hiring a full-time Experienced Painter with strong leadership skills to manage crews, uphold five-star quality, and drive project success. If you're someone who takes pride in clean prep, sharp finishes, and leading by example—we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage a crew of painters to stay on schedule and budget Set daily goals, assign tasks, and maintain project momentum Perform and uphold high-quality prep and finish standards Communicate clearly with clients and office staff Coach junior painters to improve skills and ensure safety Maintain clean, organized job sites
Pay & Perks:
$24-$40/hr based on experience Weekly performance + five-star review bonuses Weekly pay Annual raises tied to performance Health & dental insurance (eligible after 60 days) Retirement plan with employer contributions
Schedule & Location:
Full-time, year-round Onsite in Bozeman, MT | Must have reliable transportation
Requirements:
3+ years of professional painting experience Valid driver's license and clean driving record Clean background Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Why Join Us?
