Job Description

RESIDENTIAL PAINTER WANTED

We're looking for a motivated, skilled painter to join our team, preferably as an independent contractor.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of experience in interior and exterior residential painting Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license Ability to prep surfaces (sanding, caulking, patching, masking) Experience with brushes, rollers, and sprayers Strong attention to detail and clean, professional work habits Ability to work independently and manage your own time Must be dependable, punctual, and take pride in quality workmanship

PREFERRED

(not required): Experience with deck staining, trim work, and cabinet painting Familiarity with color matching and paint products

POSITION DETAILS

Flexible scheduling with consistent work available Starting pay: $30-40 per hour depending on experience All hired applicants will begin with a 2-week trial basis to ensure a mutual fit.
