Core Duties Ready surfaces for application through thorough cleaning, sanding, and priming. Utilize brushes, rollers, and sprayers to apply various paints, stains, and protective finishes. Blend and coordinate paint shades to hit the exact color targets required. Review finished projects to guarantee they align with client expectations and high quality standards. Keep your workspace tidy and orderly while ensuring all supplies are disposed of responsibly. Engage with clients to grasp their design goals and keep them informed throughout the project lifecycle. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all established safety procedures. Work alongside colleagues to streamline project workflows and meet deadlines consistently. Requirements Demonstrated history of painting success supported by a robust portfolio of past work. Comprehensive understanding of modern painting materials, equipment, and application methods. Capacity to function effectively both as a solo contributor and a collaborative team member. Dedication to precision and a commitment to producing superior results on every job. Strong interpersonal abilities and a dedication to providing a positive customer experience. Physical capability to handle heavy supplies and perform tasks in diverse settings. Possession of a current driver's license and dependable personal transport.
