Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking skilled and motivated painters for a temporary 1099 position. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces in a residential project. We flip houses and need immediate assistance for painters with a good track record. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, scraping, plastering, a little drywall repair, caulking, and surface priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paint using brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless and conventional spray equipment), ensuring even coverage and precise detailin Qualifications Proven experience in residential painting with a strong understanding of surface preparation techniques and finishing methods Ability to operate ladders safely for high or hard-to-reach areas; comfortable working at various heights Proficiency with paint sprayers (including airless), brushes, rollers, and other application equipment
