Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Painter and Cleaner, where you'll play a vital role in transforming spaces and maintaining pristine environments across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Whether you're preparing surfaces for painting, applying finishes, or ensuring cleanliness on construction sites, your skills will directly contribute to high-quality project outcomes. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion Execute residential and commercial painting projects using hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, and scaffolding as needed Read blueprints and schematics to accurately follow project specifications and color schemes based on color theory principles Perform restoration work including stucco application, masonry repairs, drywall finishing, and fixture installation Maintain cleanliness on construction sites by removing debris, cleaning tools and equipment regularly Assist with remodeling tasks such as trim carpentry, frame carpentry, concrete finishing, and masonry work Conduct routine maintenance tasks including handyman repairs and minor welding or air compressor operations to support ongoing projects Requirements Proven experience in construction painting—residential, commercial, or industrial—and site preparation Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes Skilled in using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, scrapers, caulking guns, saws, drills, and welding equipment Knowledge of color theory to achieve desired aesthetic effects and precision in finishing work Ability to work safely at heights using scaffolding or ladders while adhering to safety protocols Strong understanding of construction site procedures including restoration and renovation techniques Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to project specifications Ideal candidates will also have experience with plastering, fixture installation, framing carpentry, concrete finishing, masonry work, airless paint spraying systems, and general maintenance tasks. A background in construction site experience combined with handyman skills will be highly valued. This role requires a proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
English and Spanish Pay:
$17.00 - $30.00 per hour
