Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primers to ensure optimal adhesion and durability. Experience Proven experience in construction estimating, residential or commercial painting projects with a focus on retail environments. Strong knowledge of construction site safety regulations and the proper use of safety equipment including respirators and fall protection gear. Skilled in surface preparation techniques such as sanding, caulking, priming, and drywall finishing.
