Job Description

Job Overview Property Management Company accepting resumes and/or applications for the position of "Painter" for their apartment complexes. The position is full-time with benefits. It is NOT a sub-contracted/vendor position. Qualified and experienced individuals should have at least 2 years of painting experience using paint sprayers, rollers, and brushing techniques. Equipment and supplies are provided. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and a clean background. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections. Apply paint using various methods including airless paint spraying and hand tools. Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate application of paint. Handle materials appropriately, maintaining an organized workspace. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary. Requirements Proven experience in painting, particularly in residential settings. Familiarity with airless paint spraying techniques is preferred. Experience with machining and using precision measuring instruments is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
