You handle the painting — we handle finding the customers and filling your schedule. Steady, paid work, with no bidding, no marketing, and no chasing clients. This is per-project work — paid per job as it's completed, not per hour. The more you're available, the more you make. Strong, steady work for fast, quality painters. What you'd be doing: Interior and exterior painting Surface prep — patching, caulking, sanding, taping, priming Trim, doors, ceilings, and walls Brush, roll, and spray work Add-on work you're qualified for (cabinet refinishing, staining, epoxy floors, etc. — a plus, not required) Who we're looking for: Experienced painters — professionals, not newbies. Clean lines, crisp edges, no drips, no callbacks. You can turn out a finished result without supervision. Reliable and readily available — the painters we can count on get the steady work. Flexible on scheduling. Proud of your work and consistent every time. Reliable transportation is required. Non-negotiable. You need to get to job sites on time, every time — and haul your ladders and equipment. No exceptions.

About supplies and equipment:

We prefer painters who already have their own tools — brushes, rollers, sprayer, ladders, drop cloths. It makes you a stronger fit and moves you to the top of the list.
