Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full‑Time Commercial Painter with extensive experience to join our dynamic team. This is a crew leader/supervisor type roll. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality painting services on commercial projects, ensuring surfaces are properly prepared, painted, and finished to meet client specifications. Your expertise will contribute to transforming commercial spaces through precise craftsmanship, attention to detail, and efficient project execution. Looking for 3-5 years of experience but flexible. Drywall skills area a PLUS! Currently employed?

Responsibilities Identify areas of need and job requirements, prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer as needed. Execute commercial painting tasks using hand tools and power tools, including airless paint spraying and surface finishing techniques. Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes accurately on walls, ceilings, trim carpentry, stucco, masonry, and industrial surfaces. Perform related tasks such as fixture installation, restoration work, masonry repairs, drywall finishing, and renovation projects. Utilize construction estimating skills to assess project requirements and ensure timely completion within budget constraints. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols on construction sites and handling equipment responsibly. Skills Proven experience in residential and commercial painting projects with a strong understanding of construction site procedures with leadership qualities. Proficiency in using hand tools (e.g., brushes, rollers), power tools (e.g., sanders, drills), and specialized equipment like airless paint sprayers. Skilled in plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry work, welding, concrete finishing, framing carpentry, and remodeling tasks. Familiarity with industrial painting techniques and fixture installation processes. Strong basic math skills for measurements and estimations; experience with schematics is a plus. Handyman experience with maintenance tasks across various construction disciplines including restoration and renovation projects. $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
