Job Description
Job Overview This is a 1099 Position We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paints, stains, and coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes on residential and commercial construction projects. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team while maintaining safety and quality standards. Some handyman duties will be required. Duties Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, patching, and priming. Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, tape, and plastic coverings. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met. Operate ladders, scaffolding, and lifts safely. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations. Assist with drywall repairs and minor carpentry as needed.
