Residential Painter

Overview We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality painting services across various projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship. This role requires the ability to climb ladders. Will train If needed. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks as needed. Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition; perform minor repairs as necessary. Requirements Experience is preferred, but will train. Ability to lift equipment, such as sprayers, ladders, etc. Strong skills in maintaining tools and equipment used for painting tasks. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Strong communication skills, an ability to listen and follow instruction and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
