Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Painter, Laborer, where your skills will bring vibrant transformations to residential, commercial, and renovation projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse sites, utilizing your hands-on expertise to deliver high-quality finishes and ensure project success. Whether you're experienced in construction painting or eager to expand your skills in plastering, caulking, or fixture installation, this position is perfect for motivated individuals ready to contribute to impactful projects while gaining valuable industry experience. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer using hand tools and power tools Apply paint, stain, or other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces with precision and attention to detail Assist with construction tasks such as framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and plastering to support project progress Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute painting plans and renovation specifications Use construction estimating skills to assess materials needed and ensure efficient job site management Perform maintenance tasks including caulking, stucco application, masonry work, and fixture installation as required Operate equipment such as airless paint sprayers, welding tools, concrete finishers, and other power tools safely and effectively Experience Prior experience in construction painting across residential and commercial sites is highly preferred Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and basic math for accurate measurements and calculations Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and industrial painting techniques Knowledge of color theory and surface preparation methods for optimal finishing results Background in renovation projects involving restoration work, remodeling, or maintenance tasks Construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and teamwork skills Additional handyman experience including fixture installation, framing carpentry, masonry, or airless spray painting is a plus Join us in creating exceptional spaces!
