Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for dependable, motivated Industrial Steel Painters / Construction Laborers to join our team in Vineland, NJ. This position involves working at industrial facilities performing surface preparation, structural steel painting, industrial coatings, and general construction labor . The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, dependable, physically capable, and comfortable working around industrial equipment and at elevated heights. Industrial painting, structural steel, construction, or industrial maintenance experience is preferred, but motivated candidates with the right work ethic are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Prepare structural steel, beams, columns, and other metal surfaces for painting Remove dirt, dust, rust, debris, and other contaminants using hand and power tools Apply acrylic coatings and industrial paints to structural steel and metal surfaces Perform paint touch-ups and detail work to ensure a quality finish Operate paint sprayers, rollers, brushes, and related equipment Safely operate scissor lifts, boom lifts, and ladders when required Load, unload, transport, and organize materials and equipment Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Follow OSHA safety requirements and all company safety policies Work effectively with supervisors and crew members to complete projects safely and on schedule Qualifications Previous experience in industrial painting, construction labor, or structural steel painting preferred Experience with paint sprayers and other painting equipment preferred Ability to safely operate or learn to operate scissor lifts and boom lifts Comfortable working at heights and in industrial environments Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a crew Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus, but not required Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is a plus: Industrial painting Structural steel coatings Surface preparation Steel beam and column painting Construction labor Industrial maintenance Aerial lift operation Commercial or industrial job sites What We're Looking For We value reliability, safety, hard work, and attention to detail .
