Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. We spray shop primer on all structural material fabricated.

MUST:

have reliable transportation know how to use basic hand tools show up on time Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed for optimal paint adhesion Read blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications and layouts Operate power tools safely for surface preparation and finishing work Conduct quality inspections to ensure smooth finishes and adherence to project standards Maintain a clean work environment by properly disposing of waste materials and cleaning tools after use Qualifications Experience using an airless paint sprayer Knowledge of construction and ability to read blueprints or schematics Familiarity with hand tools and power tools (e.g., airless sprayers) Construction site experience with safety awareness and adherence to protocols Maintenance Person experience or skills in welding, maintenance, or restoration work are advantageous

Pay:

$14.00 - $22.00 per hour
