We are not looking for someone who needs to be constantly supervised . We need someone who knows the trade, pays attention to the details, works efficiently, and can be trusted to get the job done right.

The ideal candidate:

Has professional residential painting experience Is experienced with interior and exterior painting Knows how to perform drywall repairs and proper prep work Is comfortable using a paint sprayer Has strong cutting, rolling, masking, prep, and finishing skills Is detail-oriented and takes pride in clean, high-quality work Can work independently without constant direction Has a strong work ethic and takes ownership of their responsibilities Understands the importance of production timelines and deadlines Is reliable, punctual, and communicates well Has their own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license

Big Plus If You Have Experience With:

Cabinet painting Popcorn ceiling removal Leading or managing a small painting crew You may be working independently or alongside a small crew on residential projects throughout the Buffalo/WNY area.

You will be expected to:
