Paint Now WNY is looking for an experienced Painter/Foreman to lead residential painting projects throughout the Buffalo and Western New York area. This is a hands-on position. We need someone who can produce high-quality painting work while leading a small crew, maintaining jobsite standards, communicating professionally, and keeping projects moving efficiently. This role is for someone who: takes pride in quality workmanship can lead and hold painters accountable works efficiently without sacrificing quality notices and fixes problems quickly communicates clearly with customers and management keeps clean and organized jobsites wants consistent work and long-term growth

Responsibilities:

Lead residential interior and exterior painting projects Perform preparation, painting, and finishing work Direct and supervise a crew of 1-3 painters Assign daily tasks and monitor crew performance Maintain quality and production standards Perform jobsite walkthroughs and touch-ups Communicate project progress, concerns, and material needs Protect customer property and maintain clean jobsites Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are used properly Help complete projects on schedule and within labor expectations

Requirements:

Professional residential painting experience required Previous crew-lead or foreman experience preferred Strong preparation, cutting, rolling, spraying, and finishing skills Own reliable transportation Valid driver's license Ability to lead people and solve problems Strong communication and organizational skills Must be dependable, accountable, and detail-oriented Must be comfortable working on ladders and exterior projects Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude Strong pay, consistent work, and long-term growth opportunities are available for the right person.
