We are seeking a skilled and reliable Residential Painter to join our property management team. This full-time position focuses on painting and preparing apartments for new tenants. The ideal candidate will have professional painting experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while completing tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Paint interior apartment units during tenant turnovers Prepare surfaces by patching, sanding, and priming as needed Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and/or sprayers Maintain a clean and organized work area Ensure high-quality finishes and move-in ready units Communicate as needed with supervisors and maintenance staff
