Position Summary As a Full-Time Painter at Faiola Painting Co LLC, you will play a key role in delivering professional commercial and residential painting projects. You will work alongside experienced team members on a variety of job sites, learning and applying proper surface preparation, painting techniques, and cleanup standards that meet our high-quality expectations. Key Responsibilities Perform surface preparation (sanding, scraping, priming, taping, and masking) Apply interior and exterior paints, coatings, and stains using brushes, rollers, and sprayers Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project (spotless cleanups) Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment Assist with material handling, equipment setup, and protection of client property Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects on schedule Communicate respectfully with team members, supervisors, and clients Represent the company professionally on job sites (professional appearance and attitude) What We're Looking For We hire on character and train for skill.
