The ideal candidate should be self motivated, reliable, and can communicate well with customers and crew members. The right person will have the opportunity to quickly move into a leadership role, overseeing projects and managing crew members. Candidates must have a strong background in various painting techniques and construction tasks. Our company works on both residential and commercial projects, focusing on delivering high-quality finishes while adhering to safety standards and project timelines. Duties Execute painting tasks including interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring even coverage and quality finish. Perform remodeling duties such as drywall installation, caulking, and restoration of surfaces. Utilize hand tools and equipment proficiently for painting and construction tasks. Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements and specifications. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project deadlines. Assist in construction estimating by providing input on material needs and labor requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly. Experience Proven experience in remodeling, industrial painting, or construction painting is required. Familiarity with hand tools and their proper use in various tasks related to painting and construction. Knowledge of drywall installation techniques is a plus. Experience in maintenance person services or general maintenance work is beneficial. Reliable transportation is a must. Location Within 30 miles of hamilton.
