Full-time

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Interior Painter to join our residential construction team. This position is ideal for someone skilled in high-end residential painting, drywall preparation, surface finishing, and detail-oriented interior work. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, maintaining high-quality standards, and contributing to custom home projects, renovations, remodels, and finish work throughout all phases of construction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Interior painting for custom homes, remodels, additions, and renovations
  • Surface preparation including sanding, patching, caulking, drywall repair, and priming
  • Brush, roll, and spray application experience
  • Produce clean lines and high-quality finish work
  • Protect floors, cabinets, trim, windows, and surrounding surfaces
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites
  • Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors

  • Experience with drywall repair and surface preparation

REQUIREMENTS
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites
