Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Painter with a minimum of two (2) year on the job experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial painting , with a strong understanding of various painting techniques and materials. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality work, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members on construction projects. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and cleaning as necessary. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or paint spraying equipment. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks. Perform drywall repairs and plastering as needed before painting. Maintain an organized work area and ensure all tools and materials are stored properly after use. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial and residential painting is a must. Knowledge of drywall installation and repair techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all work performed. Be dependable, reliable and able to work alone if needed. A van is available during work hours. Benefits are available after 6 months.
